its not how they want me to feel.its from the pain that was inflicted on me as a little kid.pain that was physical and emotional.i cant help but feel it,its the way im made :/.and i dont care if they wanted me to feel this way or not, its a beautiful feeling and i dont want to let it go.the world is filled with so much corruption its hard not to.i guess it depends on how we are raised that determines our perspective.there is no right or wrong in the world.there is yourself, and there’s others.

I don’t understand your arguments at all, are you grasping for straws much? It doesn’t make any sense for you to say music being moving and evoking memories therefore means its capitalist…what kind of music doesn’t provoke a feeling or thought? i haven’t listened to any…thats the whole point of art. I also don’t think you should band around terms like postmodernism when you don’t know what you’re talking about

I think you’re just paranoid. It’s not a conspiracy. No one is being fooled or controlled. It’s a movie. You didn’t have to watch the movie either and no one forced you. Relax.

you’re overanalyzing this. No one is getting fooled. Its a movie man. Its a type of art form, so just relax. No one is tricking you. You decide to see with your own free will, if you are that pathetic that you all of a sudden have some hindsight that you think you got “tricked” into seeing it. Well thats a little stupid.

When I saw this movie it reminded me of the things I didnt have as a child.

I really liked the movie, my mom took care of me when my folks split too, I can understand Max’s anxiety and inability to control or communicate his emotions at that age, and the story of the wild things grew on me the more I thought about it, but I do admit, a lot of the criticism of this film is valid and pretty funny. I guess it’s one of those films to either relate to or don’t…

UNCBTC kids are the creation of love, not marketing or publicity. i don’t need to put it any clearer than julieeemon. what they said should have changed your mind.

    this movie was beautiful.
it made me cry tears of happiness and sorrow.
i dont think anyone can understand this movie unless they felt the same pain.the purety of childdhood, the want and need for love, its all so much for a little boy.please don’t twist their intentions of the creation of this movie.you can take it however you want.there is no right or wrong.but i dont belive its just about wanting to be a kid, its to understand their pain, and their loneliness, neglected by oblivious parents.
